Forever Web Refund Policy

At Forever Web, we are committed to delivering high-quality web hosting and domain services to our clients. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Forever Web are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered, including domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, and related digital services.

2. Domain Registrations

Due to the nature of domain registration, once a domain name has been registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of domain names before finalising the purchase.

3. Web Hosting & Related Services

Web hosting, Website Maintenance, Social Media Marketing, PPC Marketing and WebView App services are provided on a monthly basis. Clients may cancel their plan at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the subscription period. This includes both monthly and annual plans.

4. Cancellation by Client

Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email for any service cancellations. Cancellations will take effect 30 days from the date notice is received. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused time within that notice period.

5. Termination by Forever Web

In cases where a service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions—including, but not limited to, non-payment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services—the client will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, Forever Web may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit depending on the specific circumstances. Such refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Forever Web first may result in immediate suspension of all associated services. We encourage clients to resolve issues directly with our support team before escalating to their payment provider.
